DFP (Daily Fitness Plan) Quick Start Guide
Simply put ‘DFP’ stands for the totally free Daily Fitness Plan that I put together for anyone and everyone to follow. It doesn’t matter whether you want to lose weight, add muscle, or gain a higher level of general fitness, you can accomplish it on this plan. The plan is simple to follow and adaptable to any age, sex, or fitness level. Even though your workout weights and intensities may vary, the basic principles of fitness, weight loss, and weight gain don’t.
The daily plans are completed the night before so you have plenty of time to get started the next morning.
For Daily Exercises I combine various functional, compound, and stability exercises with traditional bodybuilding techniques. I believe this is the best way to gain both overall fitness and a great body.
Some exercises can be done with no equipment or common gym equipment, but you can always substitute equivalent exercises if you don’t have the necessary equipment.
In addition I try to keep the routines intense and varied to help prevent boredom and keep your body from adapting to any one routine.
My Daily Diet plan isn’t so much a specific eating plan as it is a guideline for how many calories you should eat during a particular day. I’ll calculate your Daily Calorie Target (DCT) for you, then all you have to do is follow what the Daily Diet says. Then track what you eat all day to make sure you hit that mark.
Getting started using the DFP is very simple, and requires only a bit of your time. I’ve listed below only the things I think are absolutely necessary for you to be successful using the plan.
